What should I expect from my Health Coaching appointments?

At the intake appointment, we review your medical history, symptomology, nutrition, diet, mental health, stress levels, environmental factors, and personal health goals so that we can create an individualized health plan for you. Depending on the intake, your appointments going forward may include obtaining genetic screening, hormonal levels, environmental toxin screenings. Your plan will address whole system healing from nutritional, supplemental, emotional and spiritual aspects and individualized to you to get you on your journey to a healthier you!

What to expect with Crystal Healing Therapy

​

Prior to the session, we will discuss your goals, health concerns, and predetermine proper settings for the best treatment for you.  During the session you will remain fully clothed and lie face up on the treatment table.  It's best to wear loose comfortable clothing, preferably white or light in color.  Soothing music will be played throughout your treatment with the option for me to help guide you to a specific frequency aimed towards a specific energy center.  During your session the lights are dimmed and the crystal lights are turned on.  Light flows and pulses through each crystal in correspondence to the color frequency and vibrations of the body's own energetic centers.  The pulsing (flicker rate) will be determine individually based on the intensity of healing and the client's health, as the oscillations of frequency penetrate deeper based on the flicker.

Sessions normally range from 30-60 minutes.  The number of sessions depends on the individual's level of health and their reason for doing the sessions.
